The service
Codanalyst analyzes websites and produces reports on their performance, search engine optimization, accessibility, security and code quality, along with recommended fixes.
Your account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential and to tell us without delay about any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for actions taken from it.
Acceptable use
You may analyze your own websites and the public pages of third-party websites. Continuous monitoring and the analysis of protected pages are only available after verifying domain ownership.
It is forbidden to:
- use the service to overload, disrupt or attack a website;
- bypass the limits of your plan or the service's security measures;
- use the service for illegal purposes or in breach of the rights of others.
We may suspend an account that does not follow these rules.
Plans, prices and payment
Plans and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly, with prices shown excluding taxes, and can be tried for free for 14 days, without a credit card.
Payment is handled by a secure payment provider.
Term and cancellation
Subscriptions come with no commitment. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your account. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated, with no fees.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, unless you expressly asked for the service to start before the end of this period and waived this right.
Intellectual property
The service, its code, its brand and its content remain the property of To be completed : company name. The reports generated for your websites belong to you: you may use, edit and share them freely.
Liability
We use all reasonable means to provide reliable analyses (best-efforts obligation). Reports are based on automated checks and are recommendations: they guarantee neither a ranking in search engines nor the absence of any vulnerability.
It is up to you to test fixes before applying them in production. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or in the event of an incident. We try to announce scheduled interruptions in advance.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. You will be informed of any significant change before it takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@codanalyst.tech to find an amicable solution.
If you are a consumer, you can use the consumer mediation service free of charge: To be completed : consumer mediator (To be completed : mediator website). Failing an amicable agreement, disputes between professionals fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of To be completed : competent court.
